When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically shipped 2-5 days after payment is received via PayPal. You will be notified when a shipment has been made. Please note, the number of orders placed and major holidays may effect shipping estimates.
When will I receive my order?
Once shipped, most domestic orders take 2-10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local post office. Please note, federal holidays may effect shipping estimates.
I can not be held responsible for any delays or lost packages due to USPS.
What will my order be shipped in?
Orders will be shipped in eco-friendly poly mailers made of 50% post consumer plastics and 100% recyclable. Pin orders will be wrapped in bubble wrap for added protection.

How much will shipping cost?
Due to the price of shipping with USPS, most orders will start with a shipping charge of $3.00. Additional items will increase the amount for shipping. Final shipping totals can be seen during the checkout process.
Do you offer International shipping?
For now, shipping will only be inside the U.S.
What is your return/refund policy?
Due to the independent nature of .goner. all sales are final. However, if you have received damaged product, please use the contact page as soon as possible so we can do our best to resolve the issue.
